How do I pay for an item via bank transfer?

This guide explains how a bidder can pay for an item via bank transfer. 

We recommend paying for items using online banking buttons so that the payment is immediately transmitted to Huutokaupat.com and you do not have to wait for the payment to be registered. However, if you are unable to use online banking buttons, you can find the payment details for a bank transfer by clicking open the payment link you received by email:

1. Fill in the requested information on the first page of the payment link and proceed to page 2: Payment method
2. Select Bank Transfer to open the payment details specific to the item
3. If you are purchasing as a company, you can also print the invoice via the payment link. See the guide: How do I print an invoice in the company’s name?

Please note that

• Due to manual verification of the payment, marking the item as paid may take up to 4 business days.
• You will receive automatic payment reminders by email until the payment is confirmed. You do not need to pay attention to these.
• The item will not be handed over or shipped until the payment has been confirmed by Huutokaupat.com. You will receive an email notification once the payment has been registered.
• (!) Please never pay for the item to Paytrail’s account or without a reference number. Always check the correct account and reference details from your item’s payment instructions.
