The bidder can arrange a pickup time together with the listing company or the consignor after the bidder has received payment confirmation from Huutokaupat.com (receipt and sales contract), or in User-to-User sales, after making the payment according to the payment details provided by the seller.
After payment, the bidder will receive pickup instructions by email. If the item was purchased from a Consumer Auction, the exact location of the item will be provided by the consignor. You can also conveniently get pickup instructions from our chatbot 24/7. Log in to our service with the credentials you used to place the bid. Then open the chat and request pickup instructions with the item number, and our bot will find them for you.
