As a private individual, you can sell vehicles registered and located in Finland in the auction, such as passenger cars, motorcycles, and trailers, of which you are the sole owner according to the Traficom register. The item for sale must not be in the name of a company or an estate, its vehicle taxes must be paid, and the listing must contain sufficient information. Motorhomes, heavy vehicles, and boats are not permitted.

What items can a private individual sell?
✅ Passenger car, Van, Light truck, Motorcycle, Moped or moped car, Snowmobile, ATV, Trailer, Trailer registered as a hot tub or animal transport trailer (in the Traficom register)
⛔ Not currently accepted: motorhomes, caravans, heavy vehicles, tractor equipment, boats, or other items are not permitted as private individual listings at this time. If you want to sell other items, you can contact any business seller participating in the service and ask if they could list the item for sale on your behalf.
Other conditions for the listed item
The following conditions must also be met:
✅ The item must be registered in Finland and must also be located in Finland.
✅ The person listing the item is registered as the sole owner in Traficom (not just as the holder).
✅ There can be only one owner, and the item must not be in the name of a company, estate, or sole proprietorship.
✅ Vehicle taxes are paid – the item must not have overdue taxes.
✅ Price information has been removed from other listing channels, if the item is also listed elsewhere
✅ The listing contains sufficient content and information – see detailed instructions for getting the best price here: The ABCs of a Good Listing
