How does chat work?

1. Make sure you have accepted functional cookies on this page using the "edit cookies" button
2. Log in with your credentials before starting the chat. This way we can help you faster. If you start the chat without logging in and we need to identify you to assist you, you will first need to log in and then start a new chat.
3. Open the chat by clicking the green chat bubble at the bottom right.
4. Describe your issue in full sentences, one issue at a time. Just like a human, the bot cannot deduce what your issue is about from a single word.
5. Our chatbot will answer you 24/7 either by using ready-made response paths or by compiling answers based on our help articles. If the situation requires it and customer advisors are available, the bot will direct you to a human or alternatively forward your contact request to customer service.
